1. The highest incidences were seen in persons aged 80 years and older but the second cluster includes persons aged 25 to 49 years (49.4%).
2. In the world, it is said that men are infected more than women. In Turkey, female cases aged 15 to 24 are more than male cases.
this diagram shows how different age groups suffer from povert. as the years in age grow larger, the higher the numbers in poverty.
The main point was to show the reader that people are in the poverty zone in Newark due to the lack of jobs. It is supported through statistics. The poverty rate increases as the unemployment rate increases and jobs decrease.
In order to allow jobs for Newark locals, a report from the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice called "Bridging the Two Americas: Employment and Economic Opportunity in Newark and Beyond" addresses the solutions for this problem. They call for more monitoring and enforcement of local hiring requirements under the first source ordinance.
The article finds that because Newark's population is 75% black and Hispanic, the hiring problem has a disproportionate impact on minorities. Blacks and Hispanics are most at risk of this issue.
