The Formosa Monitor Alliance (MFA) is run by a coalition of Taiwanese NGOs, including Covenants Watch, Taiwan Association for Human Rights, Environmental Rights Foundation, and Environmental Jurists Association. The MFA has posted news articles, short interviews with local priests and legal analyses, with introductions to relevant laws such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights (UNGPs).

The Grassroots Global Justice Alliance is an international organization focusing on various kinds of injustices. They have launched various programs, including Global Wellbeing, Grassroots Feminism, Demilitarise and Movement Building, aiming at addressing various types of worldwide justice struggles. 

The Grassroots Global Movement has gathered Climate Justice Alliance, It Takes Roots, People’s Action, and East Michigan Environmental Action Council to build political power for the frontlines communiteis for 2020 and beyond.

The Grassroots Global Justice Alliance is aiming at thriving the green new deal. The core of the work of just transiton from this organizations is the principles mentioned in the green new deal. 

The Department of Criminal Justice played a large part in indicting a contractor for illegally abandoning medical waste. If not for their investigation, this issue would not have been resolved.

Brian Conover, the man convicted of abandoning the waste, had left vials of blood along with needles that still had blood on them. The law requires that he properly dispose of these materials, but he had left the objects in his home when he moved out.

Once the abandoned waste was discovered, authorities sent trained professionals with the best safety gear to remove the waste from the abandoned home quickly and cleanly.

Attorney General Rabner states that illegal dumping poses a serious threat to the public health of anyone in New Jersey. He does not state which groups are more vulnerable than others, and I believe that this information is hidden.

In this case, the source of resillience would be the federal authorities as they were the ones that launched the investigation to acquire the knowledge to discover and pass judgement on the guilty party.
