From a conversation with an environmental advocate in Mailiao, Yunlin County, we learned that workers at the 6th Naphtha Cracker have to install an app called Formosa Plastics [MDM 台塑MDM]. This app prevents workers and other visitors from using the phone's camera, which makes it much more difficult for workers to document incidences.
