Cloud9 is built to serve as a bridge between the patients and the physicians (or similar organizations) to communicate on the issue that they are facing. This app has especially designed for improving mental healthcare for existing and unserved populations. It has engaged both parties with interactive/innovative features to profile and serve the patients. The ultimate aim for Cloud9 is to provide an affordable/approachable access to mental healthcare, along with reduce stigma surrounding mental disorders.

The connection for the patients and the providers can build upon the gamified health assessment via the smart phone device. Then these data are input to the provider’s section and the organizations’ section for further analytical uses. The engagement with the patients can also be done with licensed Video Chat for therapy. Or the let the patients input their information with a trackable plan.

After assessment, the patient might want get to a talk with the health professionals to have an ideal solution to the problem. Even by not getting frequent contacts with health professionals, the patients still can track their own health status with the system.
  2. Providers: will receive patients’ data and recorded into a dashboard data to view the profiles more efficiently. The dashboard function also allows the track on the history and current progress. Relevant assessment also can be send out to the patients regularly in order to assist both provider and patients to understand the situation more clearly.
