The system provides patient and provider sessions via video call, track daily behavior and improvement, clinical expertise, authorization to see your data, to find providers, credentialed counseling, appointments on the go, session history and patient profiles, full scheduling and provider bio, tracked progress, assessments of mental health, automated payments, systems integration, operational analytics and coordinated care.
While I cannot find a direct link between Cloud 9 and other software platforms, other online services and apps have similar features that offer counseling, but none that are readily available that link providers and patients directly.

The system would be difficult to work with when a suicide crisis is at hand- no options are provided for crisis hotlines or emergent needed contact, a lack of internet to connect to the platform and/or if someone speaks another language other than english.
