Vunerability is when the houses an buildngs are being consumed by debree and water hat could damage the property. The resilience is putting sandbags, reducing the water damage of the building, and planning ahead to stop future floodings.

• carbon monoxide

This gives the companies a bad rap and the communities near the chemical harm.

nothing was really done to prevent anything from happening. The river was known for its dirty and polluted waters which occured due to years of industrial toxin buildup in the waters. 

The news and social media gave information about the up coming strom, Hurricane Sandy. They wanted to make sure that people who were clos to danger had to move away and find a safe house or shelter.
