THE 2016 FORMOSA INCIDENT TIMELINE
The incident first happened on April 4th, 2016 by a large amount of unnatural dead sea fish washed up on the Vung Ang seashore (Ha Tinh province) near the Formosa Ha Tinh Steel plant.

Schmid also discusses that in order to allow proper emergency response individual companies need to share the types of reactors they are using so responders understand the equipment they will have to deal with.
