Live Box is an innovative design. It offers three types for diverse situations and it can be used for help people after a natural disaster. The product can be used easy and quickly, and also convinient for transport. It can solve victims' difficult situations in emergency. The materials are common and the cost is inexpensive. This product is a good design for manufacture and can be used for helping people. 

In this article, the main agencies been depicted are the local publics and the health centers. From the reports, Guinea medical centers and aid works are the main targets that received violence acts and harassments from the general publics. Whereas the publics have the perception that aid workers such as doctors and nurses are the transporters of the virus within the local communities.  

The film shows there are lots of patient every-day and not enough resources during the war. MSF are working many hours a day, and keep working many days without have a good rest. They are working under big pressure. At the beginning, they are sad and lost when they faced to the death, and after that they get used to it. For example, there many people injured because of the shooting, and MSF have to decide how to do the operation and work effectively with using simple instrument.

But their do have some types of workers that are not eligible for the act protection such as self-employed workers, immediate family members of farm employers and workplace hazards regulated by another federal agency (e.g. Mine Safety and Health Administration).
