The methods, tools and data used to produce the claims in the article include: creating an argument- having separate sections of the paper: a cause, an effect and the resounding outcome. The authors created a story through describing the horrible accounts of what happened during and after Katrina. The cause is the hurricane which caused displacement of most of the population due to the flooding from the broken levee. This caused the government to hire outside resources to house and “collect” citizens. This ultimately caused rent to increase,=, and pushed the poor out of New Orleans. Through developing a solid argument; the paper gains credibility. The claims were also supported through direct quotes and government statistics.
The program is well regarded by the public, both international and the Hatian community. Articles have been written in many countries and the program recieved positive news coverege in Hatian news outlets and newspapers. Other emergency response organizations have also taken note of the program, and presented it as a successful relief effort.
The data for all of the apps is kept in a secure part of the cloud and cannot be accessed by users once recordings have been made. The apps claim this is to prevent users from manipulating the videos, either to hide evidence or to fabricate it.

The film addresses the general public, as it does not include significant amounts of scientific information that would require prior knowledge. The nature of the film however does aim toward a mature audience, as the film advises viewer discretion due to graphic images.
I looked into the aid organization Medicins Sans Frontieres and the incident mentioned in the article where the organization was forced to abandon their operations in Somalia. The multiple mentions of a lack of data available on violence against aid workers led me to research the Aid Worker Security Database in order to better understand the system for which data was organized. Finally, I was surprised by the mention of government supported violence against aid workers and decided to look into that. There was a significant amount of news concerning government plots and political violence but very little appeared to be reliable or could be corroborated.
This article has been referenced and discussed by health professionals annually , as well as by the government to establish a need to address mental illness after disasters.
