The film has strong emotional appeal, as loss of loved ones is a common experience, and difficult for all parties involved.
Scientific info isn't really in depth (disease processes aren't talked about) mostly just psycho-social aspects discussed.
This is an artwork created by the Naluwan people. Seems to me that it's a statue of a person pointing in a specific direction. I'm not sure if the person is pointing toward the sea.
