The incident first happened on April 4th, 2016 by a large amount of unnatural dead sea fish washed up on the Vung Ang seashore (Ha Tinh province) near the Formosa Ha Tinh Steel plant.

Johnathan Fine entered the country and met the doctors who were psychologically terrorized. He heard their testimonies and recorded the,. Dr Fine's visit caused the doctors to be released; he decided he wanted to help these people in situations about this full time.
