MSF relies upon what ever technology and infrastructure they can afford to send to a certain area. Becuase they avoid using facilities that the host country has, they are able to establish their own infrastructure in an area. Additionally, certain areas may be greatly helped by some types of medical technology while others aren't. They rely upon doctors being able to make due in difficult environments as well.

As the individuals have to wait for a long time, the report estimates that approximately 810,680 gallons of fuel is burned and wasted. This is a paramount issue with the rising cost of gas everyday. As many say, time is money. This relates to those stuck in these jams because these jams, along with large amounts of gas also wastes a lot of time. Motorists spend about 1.5 million hours annually sitting in traffic annually. In addition, $38 are wasted in those 1.5 million hours.

The article does not directly address emergency response, however it did address medical stories as being helpful to the public to feel supported and reach out when they realized they had a psychological condition. This is important in society, because if someone can get treated for something, or at least know they have it an take precautions, then they help themselves feel more comfortable and be more successful, they reduce the strain on those around them, and they make it easier for healthcare providers, if there is ever a related issue.
