Formosa has filed return volley of litigation in retaliation to Save Our Wetland's lawsuit. Filed documents in state District Court in Edgard asking to have lawsuit dismissed, and St.

Save Our Wetlands sued Lester Millet in order to challenge his rezoning to bring in Formosa plant.

Judge Remy Chaisson postponed lawsuit brought forth by Save Our Wetlands over construction of Formosa's rayon plant for at least a month, citing conflicts with another trial.
