THE 2016 FORMOSA INCIDENT TIMELINE
The incident first happened on April 4th, 2016 by a large amount of unnatural dead sea fish washed up on the Vung Ang seashore (Ha Tinh province) near the Formosa Ha Tinh Steel plant.

I believe that there needs to be emergency response for mental health because if it is not treated and recognized early it can develop into a life long issue.
